and beauty treatments with indoor and outdoor treatment rooms. Our outdoor massage areas are set within a beautiful lilly pond to provide you with the most relaxing experience available.

All treatments booked also include the use of our onsite gym. Treatment rooms are designed for the use of singles or couples with a Jacuzzi available to suite your needs.

Our Spa Manager can design a package to suite your needs during your stay with us and all our experienced staff have been trained to look after your health requirements should you want advice or help.

HATHA YOKA

This class uses postures and stretches in combination with the breath to develop flexibility and relaxation. There are many styles of Hatha Yoga. Some use a specific series of postures; others use a flow of movements, while some may use props such as blocks or belts to assist a posture or maximize a stretch. All styles of Hatha Yoga, however, encourage proper alignment of the body and bring balance, strength, and calmness to the practitioner. Our Hatha Yoga classes are based on the classic and ancient practices with attention to alignment and the deeper layers of yoga.

MAT PILATES

Adding new types of exercises and fitness classes to your workout program can keep you from getting bored and help you see continued progress. Exercises that focus on the mind-body connection help you get more centered and relieve stress. They also help you strengthen your body without the joint stress of exercises like running and weights. Mat Pilates is a type of mind-body exercise promising the regular participant a longer, leaner body.

ZUMBA FITNESS

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
